Where We Ship

We currently deliver to the United States and Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and US public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or over a weekend begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, expect delivery in 6–12 business days. All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, and customs processing can extend transit times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown on the checkout page.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier's system. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, contact us and we'll look into it.

Delays

HUEVIA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control. Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit passes to that carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, you may be asked to cover the cost of reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you never received it, contact us as soon as possible so we can open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

Customs and Import Duties (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in your order total.
